Great host in Iran
A Spanish around the world cyclist told me "Tehran is most boring
capital city in the world!" I agree him.
There are nothing interesting to see. The traffics are so crazy and
dangerous always. Air pollution is terrible! People are not
friendly. Food and everything are more expensive than other town in Iran..... Only good things for me is that I met nice and friendly cyclists.
But I must stop here to get Uzbekistan visa for a week and Azerbaijan visa. It is quite expensive to stay at hotel and eat at restaurant. But when I contacted Mr. Bijan who is member of Warm Shower List by Internet. His friend quickly come to caught me and took me to his house. He is so kindly person and I am very happy to stay with his family. I enjoy Iranian local food! Bijan and his friend Meysan took me to several part of Tehran by bicycle. It is terrible crazy traffic city. But I could learn how to cycle here without accidents. Uzbekistan embassy is 20 km up hill and a lot of traffics everyday, but I did not get any accidents.
Thanks Bijan and Meysan and family for your great help.

i agree with daisuke. teheran is maybe not the better place to stay apart from the fact that in teheran, i never saw so much womens with tonnes of make-up.
but bijan, and meysam, his friend, (two iranian cyclist, wich travell a lot by bycicle), and his family made our stay very good. they are incredible host. we feel at home there.
i have no word to say how great they are. fantastic guys and family.
ps : be carreful in theran with the traffic, it is very dangerous, iranian seems to buy the driving licence.
