Site development priorities - Any PHP developers want to try a module?

We have a number of features in the queue that we'd like to do. Most of this is not very hard stuff, but it sure would help to have some extra hands.
All of the code is under source control, and it's easy to set up a test site on your own machine; complete info is available about that.
Development priorities:
- "References" feature so that one member can be a reference for another. There is some existing work in drupal on this that might be a good start: the User Relationships module and the Buddylist module. It's posslble that the the User Relationships would do the job with just wordage tweaking, but I don't think so.
- Implement support for unreachable members and for "stale" members, so they can be administered, contacted, and moved out of the general pool of available users. The support is in the database, but will need to be put into the code where queries are done and there needs to be a user interface to allow setting someone as "stale" or "unreachable".
- A member "browsing history" or "shopping cart" feature that would allow you to collect the information of the various members you've browsed in a session.
- A widget to show a random member's picture and story in a block on the left side.
- Site or header redesign. It's always time to update the look before we get around to it.
- General CSS work on the map, markers, etc.
