contacting hosts before beginning tour

Would like to contact several hosts before touring on the northern tier, east to west. Not sure were to find the information, if supplied.
I would like tell hosts at one time instead of telling each one separately to save writing for forever with my index finger.

Hi James - could you make it more clear what information you require?

You're saying you want to be

You're saying you want to be able to bulk contact hosts? This isn't possible on Warmshowers, some members have asked for public requests (ie: you write a request to all hosts in a town and hosts can search for and invite guests) but at this stage it seems these features are unlikely to be implemented.

Why not just keep a basic template request in a text file or a clipboard manager? Then you can just add any specifics for each host after cutting and pasting. This is what I do when replying to requests.

Multiple contacts

Cut and paste your request. personalize as needed. Way in advance is good. Weeds out the non responders. Don't be shy about calling if no email response.
