Southern Tier Right Now

Hello Everyone!

I'm currently pedaling along the Southern Tier route, leaving Mobile, AL today and heading west toward New Orleans. Planning to hit Austin, TX in the first week of December where I will stay for a few nights. I will be riding along the Southern Tier all the way to San Diego and would love some company if anyone would like to ride with. Even if it's just for a day or a few days. I've been averaging somewhere between 70 and 100 miles per day, but I'd be willing to increase/decrease that if needed. Hope to hear back from all you cool guys and girls! Have a happy Thanksgiving!

Matt

I can try to meet up with you

I can try to meet up with you in Austin and ride West for a day. Whats your ETA in Austin?

Hey Neill

That'd be cool. I'm not 100 percent sure when I'll arrive in Austin. I think sometime within 7 to 10 days. However my knee has been killing me and causing me a lot of problems. If this continues, I may jump on a train to Houston and get there much sooner.

Greetings Matt,

Greetings Matt,

I'll accompany you on the condition that you ride 150 miles per day.

I'd be happy to ride 150 miles per day if you can teach me how that is sustainable.
