Escape the cold in Florida - room for one cyclist - destination Florida

Experienced cyclist and competent bike mechanic, retired from work, (straight, married), planning to drive from Toronto Canada to Florida for a week or two of sun and easy cycling. I can take 1 cyclist and his/her bike in my pickup ('16 GMC Canyon ext cab with tonneau, 6-spd manual). I've done it with 3 others so far. We've camped and taken daytrips from the campground – by bike or with the truck with our bikes on the back. For example, when camped in the Miami area, we took daytrips to explore Key Biscayne, Key Largo, South Beach, Little Havana, Shark Valley, Everglades, etc. If you are a stronger cyclist than I am with my bad knees, I can provide sag support for longer/faster rides. Very flexible on cycling routes - panhandle, north, central, south, Atlantic coast, Gulf coast, Keys, etc. Earliest departure from Toronto Feb 13. Share cost of food, fuel, camping and (optional) motels on rain days.
