Answered host request not registered

Hi lovely warmshowers people. As I am sure many of you will as well, we respond to every host request, regardless whether we are available to host or not. But somehow not every response is registered, even some requests of people that stayed with us are in the unanswered measages box. And since I accidentally removed the massages I am affraid they will stay there forever now. Any tips on how to solve this?

.

You can always "answer" any message still in the "unanswered " box - even in retrospect, any single character will do.

But if you delete them, there is no way to fix it. As you get more requests, your " rate" will gradually improve - the "unanswered" will be diluted ! If it helps, I will send you a dummy Request - when you reply, your rate will improve...!

The Response rate meter i s a good idea, but is has some small problems, like this one.
