Taking a bike from London to Switzerland on the train. Any advise?

We will be going from London to Interlaken with a stopover in Antwerp. Looking at the train schedules there are so many ways and options it's hard to pick the best one. Looking for advise from someone who has taken a bike on the various trains in Europe and which rail pass is the best. Traveling mid September.  Thanks, Jim

I'd say get across to Germany

I'd say get across to Germany and get a day pass [effectively] that allows for regional trains - it's v cheap and upto 5 people in a group to use it.

I can say more if y're interested.
