Dear Warmshowers Community, we know this is a time of concern for everyone around the globe due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  In an effort to streamline communication and better address the current needs of our community in a timely manner, we are temporarily disabling the forums and directing everyone to the Warmshowers Facebook Group. This will allow the Warmshowers Community a centralized place for comments, questions, and concerns related to touring and hosting. As always, we ask that you follow our community guidelines when posting.

Automatic Donation Was an Error

We paid our annual membership on 3/29/19.  I just received an automated message that another donation had been made by us today (6/19/19).  We thought that automatic donation had been stopped.  At any rate, we didn't intend to make another donation other than annual membership.  I can't find a way to contact a real person to get this straightened out.  Please help!  Alice (& Bob) Stevenson, members in Victor, ID.

Similar experience here. My credit card company just notified me of a $100 charge from WS. I contributed in March and did NOT authorize this charge. I'm not angry. This just needs to be fixed!
